This template records that subscription plans may have a 12-month minimum term, while payments are collected monthly by card or Bacs Direct Debit. Cancelling a payment mandate does not automatically cancel contractual amounts already due under an enforceable agreement.
The licence is limited to the purchased number of domains, may be suspended for failed payment or breach, and remains the vendor's intellectual property. Customers must not redistribute, resell, reverse engineer or remove licensing controls.
